I can’t wait to show the grand kids the New Batman LEGO Sets! The new LEGO Batman Movie that just came out and these sets are from that move. They are updated with new colors and details from other movie sets
From what I have heard, the new LEGO Batman Movie, is really funny. I like the idea of a Super Hero movie not being so violent and being fun!
Adults love the LEGO Batman movie sets, but they are really designed for kids. If kids wrote this movie, there would be a lot of silliness happening.
This movie was made for kids and they will love it!
LEGO really appeals to both the young and the old. I am a grandmother and I still love to sit on the floor and play with the grand kids. I think I have more fun than they do.
All the mini-figures in these New Batman LEGO Sets are updated versions, which is always fun to see what they did with our favorite characters. The only one they didn’t update is Man-Bat. I can’t find a reason for that, so I find it rather strange. Kids won’t mind, but collectors probably will
Lego’s also encourage creativity. You have so many choices!
You can follow the directions exactly to get the New Batman LEGO Sets from the movie set you desire, or you can do your own thing and come up with a completely different design.
There are no rules in LEGO, except… don’t chew them. My son loved to chew on his. I can’t tell you how many times I told him “get that LEGO out of your mouth”. That was a few years ago.
They are also educational. LEGO foster children’s motor skills, spatial skills, language skills, and problem solving. Especially when they follow the LEGO instructions and recreate the exact construction, like on the box.
So basically what I am saying is, LEGO are great toys and with so many themes, your kids will love these for years and years….maybe into adulthood.

LEGO Batman Movie The Joker Balloon Escape 70900
That Joker, he can always find a way out. Here is a little clip fromLEGO for us to see the Joker Balloon Escape in action.
With 124 LEGO pieces, this is one of the smaller New Batman LEGO Sets for 2017. Included in this set is 2 mini-figures; Batman and the Joker. Also there is a power plant that features a silo with exploding capacity, pipes, a computer, a pressure meter and bombs.
The Jokers balloon backpack has 5 balloons with flames that almost look real.
Batman comes with his grappling gun with string attached. New for 2017 is Batman’s molded utility belt and The Jokers purple coat-tail. Fancy stuff!
Connect the power plant to LEGO Batman movie set 70901 and 70910 to create and even bigger power station.

LEGO Batman Movie Mr. Freeze Ice Attack 70901
Mr. Freeze is attacking. Can Batman get there in time to save Gotham City? Here is a great clip from LEGO for us to see Mr. Freeze Ice Attack in action.
Mr. Freeze stands over 4 inches tall, so he’s a big guy in as far as LEGO mini-figures go.
Along with Mr. Freeze, this 201 piece LEGO Batman Movie Set comes with Batman, and a security guard. Sure hope he doesn’t get frozen by Mr. Freeze. The guard has a gun, breathing mask, and oxygen tank. Hopefully that will help him stay safe.
Batman comes with his Batarange and flamethrower.
This LEGO set also comes with a power plant that you can connect to LEGO set 70900 and 70910 to make an even bigger power plant. How cool is that?!?!
It also includes a translucent ice prison just the right size for a mini-figure.
Mr. Freeze has a stud-shooting freeze gun. Watch out…that thing is dangerous!

LEGO Batman Movie Catwoman Catcycle Chase 70902
Catwoman thinks she is going to get away with the diamonds. Not if Batgirl and Robin have anything to say about it. What this great clip from LEGO to see the Catwoman’s Catcycle Chase in action.
I love this set because it comes with a jewelry store that has windows and a door that actually opens and a sign. There are some diamonds in there too.
Outside in the street, there is a lamp post that Catwoman can knock over with her Catcycle and a trash can.
All the mini-figures, Catwoman, Batgirl and Robin, come with weapons. Catwoman comes in a pretty purple color with lots of details to make her look like an awesome character. She comes with a matching utility belt. Very cool! She has a mask mold that fits nicely and stays on. To remove it you have to take her ponytail off first. She has 2 alternative faces you can choose from. Love her yellow cape too.
As far as Catwomans Catcycle, it seems they finally got it right in the ratio between the cycle and the mini-figure. She looks like she fits in there nicely and that it was made for her. Some of the cycle or cars don’t always look proportionate.
The Catcycle matches Catwoman with details in purple. There are lots of details that make this Catwoman Catcycle a must have for LEGO fans.
This set is great for kids, but if you are a LEGO collector, there are some pieces in this set that you will want.

LEGO Batman Movie The Riddler Riddle Racer 70903
You know trouble is coming if the Riddler is in town. In the New Batman LEGO Sets for 2017, you won’t be disappointed. Check out this sneak preview from LEGO of how cool the Riddler Riddle Racer is.
Lots of accessories with this set as the get ready to rumble.
The Riddler’s Riddle Racer is the perfect color….green. It is a one passenger vehicle with lots of cool pieces. It is a good sized vehicle measuring over 1 inch high, 2 inches long, and 3 inches wide.
There is a dual exhaust with two flip up, spring loaded shooters. Simply press down the dual exhaust to flip up the engine and fire the hidden spring-loaded shooter.
The Riddler has a secret compartment in the front with two hidden guns.

LEGO Batman Movie Clayface Splat Attack 70904
This is my favorite new Batman LEGO Set yet. I think it’s because he is extremely posable. Check out this sneak preview from Lego of how cool the Clayface Splat Attack set is.
This 448 piece new Batman LEGO Set there are two mini-figures: Batman and Mayor McCaskill.
The Clayface features posable arms, legs and head, plus three hands that are interchangeable, 2 with a six-stud rapid shooter each and 1 with a clay hammer. He is really sturdy as well, his arms and legs won’t fall off easily when played with.
Clayface stands over 5 inches tall, and comes with a clay prison to catch his enemies.
For collectors, there are lots of new parts like the 1×1 and 2×2 round tiles. You are going to want to pic up this new Batman LEGO Set!

LEGO Batman Movie The Batmobile 70905
Another cool Batmobile in this new Batman LEGO Set from the 2017 movie. I love the scene where Robin gets thrown into the dash board. There are no seat belts in the Batmobile. Here is a little clip from the Batman movie and a sneak peek at how cool this Batmobile really is.
581 LEGO pieces makes this a good size set. The Batmobile is over 3 inches high, 11 inches long and 5 inches wide. A good size vehicle for sure.
It comes with 5 mini-figures: Batman, Robin, Man-Bat, and the Kabuki twins.
The Batmobile has 3 different modes: Race Mode, Monster Truck mode, and Parallel Parking Mode. You just re-position the wheels to change modes. It is pretty easy to do.
The vehicle has huge wheels, and great stickers that make it look really cool and are new for 2017. Inside the vehicle are nice stickers that make it look like a Batmobile should. There is room for two, which is good for Robin.
The Batmobile has a license plate on the front and back that says “BTITUDE”. I think that’s fun. I wonder how many people we will see driving around with that license plate now?

LEGO Batman Movie – The Joker Notorious Lowrider 70906
Joker and Harley Quinn are at it again in this new Batman LEGO Set from the 2017 movie. Batgirl has to stop them from their crime spree. Check out this sneak peek from LEGO to see the Jokers Notorious Lowrider in action.
Wasn’t that great! He really does a great job explaining it all and showing each piece. I love the way he does his reviews. He is excited, but he explains each piece in detail. Most kids his age are hard to understand because they talk so fast. He talks fast, but I always understand what he is saying.

LEGO Batman Movie Killer Croc Tail-Gator 70907
The battle between Batman and the Killer Croc Tail-Gator is on! Who will win? In the new Batman LEGO Sets for 2017, the Killer Croc is much bigger than Batman. Not sure about this….will this be the end for Batman? Check out this sneak peek from LEGO to see the Killer Croc and his Tail-Gator in action.
This new Batman LEGO Set for 2017 has 460 pieces. 3 mini-figures come with this set: Zebra Man (love the Mohawk), Batman, and Tarantula.
The Killer Croc stands over 3 inches tall and his Tail-Gator over 5 inches tall.
His head moves up and down and his mouth opens and closes, or maybe I should say snaps because Crocs are known for their snapping. With over-sized claw hands, he looks very menacing.
The Tail-Gator, Killer Crocs truck is pretty cool looking vehicle. Killer Croc fits in the back. There is a steering wheel for him in the back, so it appears he is driving this and not the mini-figures inside the cab. There is also a 8 ball stick shift for him to shift the truck as he drives. I love that part.
It has lots of extras and cool stickers that create a vehicle that looks very menacing, and the cow skull mounted on the hood doesn’t help make it look like a friendly vehicle.
Batman has a Batski so he can chase Croc in the water. It has stud shooters on the side and Batman drives by standing up.

LEGO Batman Movie The Scuttler 70908
Batman has a cool ride in the new Batman LEGO Sets for 2017. This should make catching the bad guys much easier. Check out this sneak peek from LEGO to see Batmans Scuttler in action.
This awesome new Batman LEGO Set comes with 775 pieces and 6 mini-figures: Batman, The Joker, Poison Ivy, Commissioner Gordon, Barbara Gordon and Dick Grayson.
The Scuttler measures over 8 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 10 inches long.
The new Lego Movie Set, the Scuttler has arms that will extend to reach out for things. Check out this picture. The Scuttlers arms are reaching all the way to the top of the buildings.
You can pose this set in so many different ways. Its fun to see how many different ways you can get him posed.

LEGO Batman Movie Set – Batcave Break-in 70909
Does Penguin really think he can break into the Batcave on his Duckmobile? Any one who has been the Batman movies knows that is not possible….or is it? Watch this sneak peek from LEGO of the Batcave Break-In and see it in action.
This LEGO project is huge with 1047 pieces. But what fun any kid will have putting it together. All the reviews I have read have been glowing. Even adult collectors was impressed with this set.
The new Batman LEGO Sets from 2017 come with The Batcave and 4 mini-figures: Batman, The Penguin, Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth, plus two Hench-Penguin figures with robot-style hands.
The Batcave has several cool features that makes it feel like the real Batcave. His chair spins completely around in his control room. Alfred is hanging around to give his opinion about what to do to keep Gotham City safe. Great decals for the control screens. The control room plate form spins too. Bruce Wayne immediately becomes Batman in the rotating transformation chamber.
In the rotating transformation chamber, there are 3 different Batsuits, or mini-bodies for Batman: Raging Batman with purple boxing gloves, Scubat Batman, and Batpack Bat Suit with gold coloring and microphone.
Batman’s Riptide boat is all black and Batman drives it. With great red accent pieces, its a cool ride for sure. Very sleek. It does have spring loader shooters in the front.
The Penguin has a Duckmobile called Duck and Cover that is a 6 wheeled vehicle. Penguin drives in the cockpit with adjustable lever, two dual stud shooters, 2 flick missiles and a rotating propeller in the back.
The Batcave measures over 8 inches high, 15 inches wide and 7 inches deep.

Batman Movie – Scarecrow Special Delivery Vehicle 70910
The Scarecrow is trying to get into the Gotham City Energy Facility. Will Batman get there in time to save the city’s energy? Check out this sneak peek from LEGO and see why this is a fun new Batman LEGO Set.
The Scarecrow is dressed up as a Pizza delivery guy from Luigi’s Pizza. Sounds like a good costume to get him past the guards.
The security guard doesn’t have 2 expressions, one on the front and one on the back. For some reason, they gave you two heads instead. They couldn’t do an alternative face on the back side because the guard’s hat wouldn’t have covered it. So you get two heads. How cool!
The pizza delivery vehicle is more like a motorcycle pulling a trailer. Don’t detach the motorcycle from the trailer, they are not designed to come apart. The back does open to store the pizzas. Twist the pizza sign on the top and it kicks both sides out of the trailer and shows the gas tanks.
The guard’s tower is built pretty good and I like the stickers they have on it. It could be used in so many different places. It does have a security camera and a lamp on the outside.

LEGO Batman Movie The Penguin Arctic Roller 70911
Does the Penguin really think that this fancy Arctic Roller will make it so Batman can’t catch him? Silly Penguin! This is a pretty sweet ride though. It looks like a sleek Rolls Royce and loaded with fun Penguin specialties. Check out this sneak peek from LEGO on how cool this Penguin Arctic Roller really is.
This is a cool car. You don’t get many mini-figures, but the car makes up for it.There are so many details built in to this Penguin Arctic Roller.
The Penguin does sit inside, through the roof that comes off. With his top hat on, he looks really good.
Two spring loaded shooters on the front of the Roller and is activated by a pin on the hood, and it packs some power! In the trunk, he has his getaway boat to get away from Batman. It fits inside the trunk.

LEGO Batman Movie Set 70912 Arkham Asylum
Here is a huge new Batman LEGO Set from the 2017 LEGO Batman movie. Check out LEGO sneak peek for us to see it in all its glory.
With this new Batman LEGO Set 1628 pieces and 12 mini-figures: Batman, Robin, Aaron Cash, Dr. Harleen Quinzel, Barbara Gordon, Poison Ivy, The Joker, The Riddler, Two-Face, Catwoman and 2 GCPD officers. This is the biggest new Batman LEGO Set yet.
The Arkham Asylum features a roof with chimney, with snow elements. It has cool adjustable exterior searchlights, a statue in front of the large opening entrance doors.
There is an ‘xray’ security scanner just for added protection. When a mini-figure goes through, it gives them a skeleton ex-ray image. How fun!
We get to see Dr. Harleen Quinzel’s office and Aaron Cash in the ward office.
The visitors’ room has a partition wall with a window, just like a real prison (so I have been told).
You can visit the cells, all with opening doors and hanging vines outside Poison Ivy’s cell.
You can feed the prisoners in the canteen with tables and trays with food. Kind of fun.
